To serve as adviser to the youth serving in the various Parish Youth Ministries (PYM) in the Diocese of Novaliches.

To develop and create modules to help the readers in the youth ministries in their leadership and spiritual needs.

To serve as venue for past servant youth leaders in the Diocese of Novaliches to continue their passion in serving the youth.
